About

snap! virtual associates inc. Corporate Profile

Mission: Our goal is to create relevant, high-impact marketing messages for organizations requiring an online presence that both engages their readers and compels them to act.

Values:

  • Client education and empowerment are key “deliverables.”
  • Powerful, better solutions usually lie within our ability to communicate better.
  • We don’t just do things for clients; we coach them to see the possibilities.
  • Clients trust us with their knowledge, ideas and ambitions. This must be respected and used only for good.
  • If we can’t do it right, we will help you source someone who can.

What it’s Like to Work with Us:

  • Timely responses to your questions and input.
  • A collaborative approach to problem solving and idea generation.
  • Consideration of project impacts beyond life of the project.
  • Respect for the constraints and contexts unique to your organization.
  • A “heads-up” communication style ensures you stay in the know.
  • FUN!

What Makes a Really Great Marketing Client (in our opinion):

  • You are engaged and willing to contribute.
  • You are committed to creating a strong value proposition.
  • You appreciate due process.
  • You know marketing is a journey, not a destination.
  • You are excited about the future of your organization online!

Business format: All of snap’s virtual assistants (VAs) and marketing consultants work as independent subcontractors of the corporation. This not only reduces overhead and in turn client costs, but it promotes flexible thinking and quality deliverables.

Project management: For many projects, snap! uses Smartsheet online collaboration software. We also do a ton of stuff by email and of course, we’ll get on the horn to chat with you or coach you through a creative or strategic process.
