I keep a master spreadsheet for all my site tracking and 'try' to remember to write down any changes to my website or my processes so that if things change I can go back and look at what might be causing the difference. I've been thinking lately of actually getting a VA to go in monthly and track everything for me. There are so many places where a website can be 'leaking' without tracking that it kinds of drives me crazy to think about, lol.
